We've recently added a new forum system here at ModSync.com. You can access it by clicking the "Forums" link from the menu to the left. We encourage you to post both your questions and suggestions and we'll do our best to answer/implement them.
In order to use the forums, you'll need to create a new user name separate from your rep. login. If you're the owner of a ModSync Sequencing System, we encourage you to join as well.
In order to join, click the "Register" link located in the upper right corner of the "Forums" page. The information you provide while registering will be kept confidential and will only be used in the case that you request account information or to reset your password.
